I found some Cut and Seal tools on eBay that you might be interested in. These are the tools that I used to create my own version of the "uncrustables" sandwiches for my kids. They are fairly inexpensive: ranging in price from $0.99 - $10.99 plus shipping. Give it a try!
I got one from the pampered chef website. It was 9.99 plus about 3.50 shipping.
