Valentine's Day can be very expensive, so you can imagine my joy at this idea. I wish I could take credit for this, but my friend Alisa did it on t.v. last week. I had a bunch of candy canes I had purchased after Christmas and thought this was a great way to use them. This is one of the ways I am using the Disney candy canes, the other way is another post;)
P.S. If you want to do this idea and don't have any candy canes, Macey's in Pleasant Grove has some 6" peppermint canes at $0.25 a box!!! They are located by the bulk candy in the front of the store. (While supplies last;)
